Hard to keep all the evidence straight with so many bodies and so much chaos. Think Minako having two killers was a sticking point, and Zenitsu.... well, the evidence was all over the place.
Sticking point for me was the fact that our shapeshifter, if that's who was involved, likely got her from behind as she was dealing with someone else.
Zenitsu, I feel was likely premeditated by someone who knew about his ability. Did we ever investigate the items they had on them or what kind of weapons they would have been fighting back with?

Someone he knew, who most likely knew his ability if the glitter was meant to mitigate it.
